How can I initiate an exchange?

To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, images, and a video of the product.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
  • Browse our designated exchange category to select an item/size of your choice.
  • If the desired size or product is unavailable, we offer the option to exchange for a different category item, with adjustments for price differences and shipping costs.
 

What is the process for requesting a return for an item purchased from Aiko Couture?

  1. All return requests should be notified first by email at aiko.couture.aads@gmail.com / info@aikocouture.com within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the items with the order number, reason for return, with supporting images and videos. Our customer service team will look into your email within the next 12 working hours and check on the same.
  2. All eligible returns once approved by email by our customer service team member should reach our warehouse within 5 days ( India ) / 10 Days ( International) from the date of receiving the product.
  3. We do not have a reverse pickup facility. Once acknowledged by the team, please send the product back to us yourself. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Aiko Couture will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  4. We should receive the traceable mail from the customer having the tracking number, courier company slip, and order number within strictly 48 hours of receiving the email confirmation from our team.
  5. Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel.
  6. We will deduct all shipping cost / Rto cost and restocking fees of 15 %
  7. As a policy, we do not provide a refund on return. We provide” Exchangestore credit for all eligible Exchange Category “to be used within 15 days and can be redeemed for any purchase only at https://aikocouture.com
  8. We issue store credit for eligible returns for validity to be strictly used within 60 days (counted from the date of issue and email sent) by our official email ID (aiko.couture.aads@gmail.com / info@aikocouture.com).
  9. We will not increase the timeline of store credit in any case. There won’t be any reminders from Aiko Couture on timelines. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the store credit on time.
  10. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aiko Couture and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation/returns/store credit.
  11. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Aiko Couture’s mentioned warehouse address.
 

Are there any limitations on exchanges?

Yes, there are limitations:

  • Only one exchange per customer is allowed.
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges.
  • If the desired size is unavailable in the “Eligible Exchange Category,” you have the option to select another design. In such cases, the adjustment of the price difference will be applicable based on the category you choose later for the exchange. The rules for applicable discounts will be determined by the category you select for the exchange.

  • The original product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Ship the exchanged product to the Aiko Couture office at your own cost and responsibility within 5 days (Indian customers) or 15 days (international customers) after receiving email confirmation from our team.
  • All Shipping costs / RTO costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not bear any expenses.
  • If the desired size is unavailable in the “Eligible Exchange Category,” you have the option to select another design. In such cases, the adjustment of the price difference will be applicable based on the category you choose later for the exchange. The rules for applicable discounts will be determined by the category you select for the exchange.
  • For international returns, import taxes to India are to be borne by the customer.

What is Aiko Couture’s cancellation policy regarding orders, and under what circumstances can an order be canceled or refunded?

Our Cancellation Policy states that you may only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time period, we will not entertain any cancellation requests. However, in the event that the order has not been approved or processed by Aiko Couture, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you as per our usual business practice.

 

How long is the Exchange Store Credit valid?

Any Exchange Store Credit issued is valid for 15 days from the date of issue and email notification. After this period, the window for exchanges will close.

What are the Additional Guidelines for Exchange in the eligible category? What are the items that are not eligible for returns at Aiko Couture?

Non-Returnable Items: All items purchased from sale, promotional coupons, and gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Any Items apart from the “eligible return category ( styles under budget …….. ) are non-returnable / nonexchangeable/nonrefundable.

Garment Care: Ensure that you are not in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or any other chemicals while trying the garments.

 

What is the timeline for the exchange to be processed and credit note?

After carefully inspecting the returned or exchanged products and confirming they align with our exchange policy, we commit to processing all exchanges within 7 business days from the receipt of your parcel. Upon completion, an exchange credit note will be issued, accounting for the eligible amount while considering and adjusting shipping costs / Rto / taxes and any additional exchange charges.

Please note that exchanges must be initiated using store credit within 15 working days. After 15 days, this window will then close.

Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for price reductions that might occur after an order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
